Andry Raharinomena is a senior diplomat and international development expert who served as the Ambassador of Madagascar to the United Kingdom. With over 15 years of experience, he has led efforts in international resource mobilization, public financial management, and diplomatic engagement at the United Nations. He has advised the Malagasy government on economic and development policies and has worked with global institutions to advance aid effectiveness and sustainable development. A Chevening Scholar, he holds an MSc in International Development from the University of Manchester and has pursued advanced studies at Harvard and Oxford.
